Where do you ship?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can also check the status of your order any time from your account, or visit our Track Order page.
What if something isn't right?
We want you and your pet to be happy. Take a look at our Refund Policy or contact us and we'll help you out.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You'll see all available payment methods at checkout. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.
